The Executive Board leads day-to-day caucus operations, represents members at California Democratic Party meetings, and coordinates regional outreach through vice-chairs in Northern California, the Bay Area, Central California, and Southern California. Officers are elected by caucus members and serve according to the Caucus Bylaws.
