REMEMBER, EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO RUN FOR A DSCC DELEGATE POSITION, PLEASE SHOW UP ON JANUARY 13 OR 14 TO VOTE AND TO SUPPORT YOUR FELLOW PROGRESSIVES AND THE PROGRESSIVE AGENDA!!!  MARK YOUR CALENDARS!  (just need to be a registered Dem. to attend & vote)

Reminder!  The application submission deadline to run for State Central Committee Assembly District delegate is 5pm, Tues., Jan. 2!  That is only five days away.  Do not delay.  Fill out your application on-line today, so that you don't forget due to any New Year's festivities :) www.cadem.org/ delegate. The actual elections will occur on either January 13, or January 14th. For information on which day and where your district election meeting will be held is available here.

Even if there are other progressives (6 women & 6 men) in your AD running for delegate positions, if you are even considering and/or willing to be a progressive delegate for your AD, then you should fill out the CDP application by January 2 just to be safe.  You never know what will happen on the day of the AD delegate election meeting.  One of the progressive candidates (or progressive slate candidate, if your AD has organized slates) may get sick, have to work, have a family emergency, etc. that day, or have to suddenly back out for some reason.  Another progressive (candidate) cannot step up to run on the day of the election unless they have submitted their name by January 2. After you sign up online, you should receive an email confirmation form the CDP within a few days.

If necessary, you can always declare on the election day that you are removing your name from the ballot, if you decide against running.

IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO RUN, PLEASE SHOW UP TO VOTE AND TO SUPPORT YOUR FELLOW PROGRESSIVES AND THE PROGRESSIVE AGENDA!!!  MARK YOUR CALENDARS!  (just need to be a registered Dem. to attend & vote)
