Protest on Non-Vote at Cong. Howard Berman's house
About 40 peace activists from multiple groups in the San Fernando Valley gathered in front of Congressman Howard Berman's home in Valley Village on Sat, May 26,2007. Berman did NOT VOTE on the supplemental appropriations bill HR2206 that funded Iraq war without any timelines for withdrawal. Groups represented included Neighborhood Peace and Justice, Progressive Democrats of Los Angeles, Progressive Caucus CDP, So. Cal. Grassroots, Valley Democrats United. (c)2007,Linda Sutton
